Europe Travel Diary
I was traveling to Europe on last June 2017. I went to Netherland, Paris, Switzerland, and Italy. Well, this was my first time going to Europe. Before going there, I was searching for informations because I have heard stories that there were many thief in Paris or other country in Europe. For information, I did travelling with my family, without tour guide. I used google to find places I wanted to go.
1. Amsterdam, Netherland
Amsterdam is very beautiful. I love this city. I stayed at Dam square which is a lot of tourist there. I went to Volendam by bus. There were a lot of houses which very beautiful and comfortable to stay. Volendam is a nice and quite place, I wish I could live there. There was a big windmill near volendam. Because the other windmill is far away, and need more times to get there, so I decided to see windmill near Volendam although it was only a windmill. You can eat waffles and poffertjes with many variant of taste.
2. Paris, France
I stayed at Paris for 5 days. Of course I went to the famous Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame. There were a lot of tourist there, it was very crowded. If you travel by subway (In Europe, they called Metro), you have to be carefull og your hand carry. Don't believe to other people who act kindly to you. If you want to go shopping, you better go to Champ Ellyses or La Fayette. There were a lot of branded shops which sells kind of things.
I used city sight seeing to go some famous places in Paris. I need to pay 25 euro per person. But, you have only 24 hours for guided. If you don't want to move by train, this is the best choice. But, subway is much more cheaper than this. I would prefer to use train because it much cheaper and you can save a lot time. Paris is crowded and the road is jammed. You need more time to get somewhere else.
3. Engelberd, Switzerland
I'm falling in love with this country! It was totaly beautiful. The scenery outside the window is very amazing. Although I just stayed for two days, I really enjoyed it. Someday, I will back there.

I went to Titlis Mountain by Cable Car. The price is around 90 euro (I forget the fix price). The cable car is very confortable, clean, and safe. It moves slowly, so you don't need to be worry. If you afraid of high, you can just look straight and enjoy the view, don't look downward. Before you arrive at the top of titlis mountain, you can see the lake. You have to change with the bigger cable car to reach the top of the mountain.
When you arriving at the top, you need to see the glass cave go inside it. Everything just made up of ice. Then, you have to go up and walk in clift walk. Then, you will see a mountain covered by snow. It was really unbelievable. You can enjoy the view there. Be careful and watch your steps because it was very slippery. In the down floor, you can find traditional photo studio and cafetaria to recharge your energy.
4. Italy
The last country is Italy!
I travelled to Milan, Venice, And Rome. I stayed for around 8 days. There were a lot of old buildings and cathedrals. If you like to see buldings, you have to love this country. Pizza and Pasta were very delicious. If you don't like Pizza or Pasta, you can find Chinese food. It was cheaper and also delicious. For information, the metro price is 1.50 euro for one ride. The price for pasta and pizza are around 10 euro. The entrance of colloseum is free on the first sunday of the month.
When you stayed at Rome, you have to see Mvsei Vaticani and St Peter Basilica which are very famous. The Museum is very big and a lot things to see. I used the "skip the line" by city sight seeing to save my time, the price is 30 euro for adult. The Church is very beautiful and artistic. You need to see it by your own :D. Overall, Europe is good destination, especially for lovers of history, old buildings, and museums.
